Now that you’ve decided you want to get the ball rolling here is what we can do for you. Before we get started, make sure you check out our informative blogs for any unanswered questions you may have.
- Provide you, the property owner, with a realistic appraisal.
- You sign our owner contract, which we will endeavour to suit your needs as best we can.
- We prepare the properties to be rented to the finest detail – anywhere from arranging new furnishings or equipment to supplying our eco-friendly products to the home.
- As soon as we have the listing details, we contact our fantastic cleaning team to get a quote for the home, in which each guest will cover the cost of when they stay (if booked through a third party, a 15% deduction is applied)
- We prepare a thorough inspection and chattels (if required), which will be passed on to you as the owner. This helps us maintain the home after every guest stays.
- We will not only organise a photoshoot for the home, but we will also have a video shoot of the property as we think the imagery is the single most important part of renting the home.
- We create an attractive listing for your targeted audience. We list your home on about 8 different sites eg. Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, and our direct website.
- We can cater your property listing to what you wish. If you have any specific property rules or important instructions, we can outline this in the listing and the guest compendiums.
- The marketing tactic we think that makes us stand out from the rest is that we are constantly active with revenue management and updating the listings so that your home stays in a competitive position.
- We stay on top of your property with frequent bi-annual inspections and regular maintenance when needed.
- When it comes to arrivals, we will check the home and prepare it for check-in by adding any supplies required and making the home presentable.
- We like to go above and beyond, things like turning the heat pump on a little earlier or a welcome gift for long stays.
- You will see on our website we also have an ordering system for guests, so if they would like anything from a welcome platter to a baby cot hire for their stay, we can organise this for them.
- We handle all documentation and payment from the guest through our booking system on your behalf and take damage deposits in case of an unfortunate event of damage to the home. We can hold the guest liable.
- We pay for any bills for your home, such as gardeners, maintenance supplies etc., and then we supply you with a monthly owner statement at the end of each month.
- Proactive maintenance as agreed by you, the owner, to ensure your home is prepared for each season.
- We will supply you with access to your owner portal. In the portal, you can monitor the availability of the home and make bookings for yourselves throughout the year.
- We provide a personal service with regular communication to you as the owner.
- 24 hours, 7 days a week, a team member is available to the guests and you as the owner. For any maintenance emergencies, we are first to the property along with our reliable tradesman.

Our Healthy Home Promise.
The Healthy Homes Standards (HHS) came into effect on July 1, 2019, under the premise that every tenant has the right to live in a dry, warm home and, therefore safer for their health and wellbeing. All homes must have this assessment completed before tenants occupy the home.
Allowing us to organise this will result in a discount on the total price of the inspection.
